P1: Initial Launch

The goal of this phase is to launch with the minimum features to operate a DEX.

• IDO: To be decide IDO platform. 50% of funds will be combined into a FTM-FIN LP locked up and released linearly over 1 year.

• Growing Community

• Frontend Implementation

P1.5: FINS IDO and Farming

This phase will happen 3 days after launch:

• Trading

• LP Farms: Liquidity providers can stake their LP tokens to earn Farm Rewards

• FINS Staking: Staked FINS will earn FINS based on emission schedule.

P2: Full DEX

This phase is expected to take a few months to complete:

• Full analytics for monitoring TVL and volume

• Full Audit

P3: DAO

Become a full fledged Decentralize Autonomous Organization (DAO). Subtasks TBD.
