Requirements:
Have MetaMask set to the Fantom Opera Network
Have $FINS tokens in your wallet
Have $FTM in your wallet for gas fees. see guide for how to get free gas
1. Go to https://finswap.fi
2. Connect to wallet
3. Find the FINS pool item and click
4. Type in amount and click "Approve" and "Confirm"
6. Select "Stake" and "Confirm"
